Outer Space Sandwiches

We often have a lot of fun " making" our sandwiches here at Kitchen Floor Crafts. Alright, really it's me having a lot of fun with them. This is especially true on holidays and other "needed" occasions. This past week both boys have been sick, and needing some fun. After spotting a cute rocket ship sandwich on Pinterest , we decided to try our own.

Ingredients: sun butter and jelly, multigrain bread, halved green grapes, red pepper slices, carrot sticks, small babybel cheese, a slice of cheddar, and provolone cut with a small star cookie cutter. (Sandwich cut using a knife.)

The next day I surprised Big Brother with a Martian sandwich.
Ingredients: sun butter and jelly, multigrain bread, halved green grapes, red pepper slices, cucumber circles, and provolone cut with small star and snowflake cookie cutters. (Sandwich cut using a knife and large round biscuit cutter.)

On the third day Big Brother requested an astronaut.

Ingredients: sun butter and jelly, multigrain bread, raisins, carrot sticks, natural white cheddar cheese puffs, apricot fruit leather and muenster cheese (both cut with a small star cookie cutter and circle cutters). Sandwich cut using  biscuit cutters.

We've definitely had a lot of fun with these sandwiches this week!
